A Self Contained Secure Environment
Professional systems require a secure, stable operating environment. Constant temperature, adequate ventilation, clean power and organised cabling, are all necessary for reliable round the clock operation. The Proline Fortress is a true Maximum Security Server Enclosure, specifically designed to accommodate critical server technology. When combined with existing safeguards against data-loss and power failure, it becomes the final component in your Disaster Prevention Plan. Should your system include an external storage sub-system or UPS, the Fortress will accommodate them all together within a self-contained secure environment.
Designed from IT Experience
The design focus was simple. A practical secure enclosure that provides unparalleled protection against Theft, Damage and Tampering, with convenient access to systems and cabling. To this end we equipped each Fortress with a fully removable full-sized front access panel, which conveniently reclines to reveal ample access for backup media change etc. We chose a reclining action over the conventional swing-out door arrangement to ensure the unit would be suitable for use in the confined space of a typical computer room.
The Steel RIB Cage
Beneath it's uncompromising exterior, the Fortress conceals a super strong sub-structure known as the Steel Rib Cage. When covered by a skin of 3mm thick sheet steel, the result is an enclosure possessing incredible strength and integrity. This means your systems will be kept safe and secure from even the most determined, yet futile attack.
Essential Air-Flow
To facilitate ample ventilation and air-flow without a dependency on electric fans, we gave the Fortress an open back, utilising the Steel Rib Cage. This achieved excellent ventilation without compromising security. A further innovation was the inclusion of Free-Rolling Steel Bars in the rear columns, these make the columns virtually impossible to cut through when the Fortress is positioned correctly.
Simplified Cable Management
This design brings the added benefit of Simplified Cable Management which leaves data cabling neater and much easier to organise - No more Rats Nests!
Bespoke Design & Manufacture Service
The existing Fortress Range should accommodate all popular PC Servers, as well as many Mid-Range Systems. If required, Secure IT can provide a Bespoke Design and Manufacture Service for companies with systems or configurations unsuitable for existing models.
